founded - a product design agency

that creates digital wheels for

early-stage start-ups to barge in and

disrupt the market. Lazarev. is geared

by complex product design

methodologies to create an

immersive user experience.  It’s a

blend of project management,

business analysis, and design

execution.

The selection

process is set to

evaluate designers

from every angle and

can be downright

tough. This takes us an

effort but gives you the

results.

  • CV and portfolio evaluation

    The objective criteria for this stage are simple —English proficiency, Design background, and Technical competence supported by an awesome portfolio.

  • English proficiency test

    The benchmarks are fluent speaking, faultless writing, comprehensive listen and quick reading in the specific subject matter.

  • Technical skills assessment

    The only requirement here is to prove the design competence by performing a test project at the highest possible level.

  • In-person interview

    The demands are to be passionate, self-driven, result-oriented, and demonstrate these Soft Skills and personality traits during role-plays.

We host only those who prove their excellence and are determined to grow with you.

40 selected wizards in different design areas are already in the ring, 150+ others undergo the talent selection process.
